ADNAN OKTAR: You tell the terorist: "Sever your ties with the terrorists". All of them are already affiliated to Abdullah Ocalan, to the PKK. How do they sever their ties with the PKK? Then, the man does not mean anything to them. PYD, YPG, PJAK, all of them are the PKK itself and have a single headquarters. All of them attempt to establish a communist Kurdistan in and around Turkey under the leadership of Marxist, Leninist, Stalinist Abdullah Ocalan.

September 22th 2015, A9 TV

(There is a press statement by John Kirby, the Spokesperson at the United States Department of State, Mr. Oktar. He stated that the United States does not consider the YPG as a terrorist group.)

ADNAN OKTAR: ... The founders of PYD and PKK are one and the same. They have the same ideology, the same leader and everything else. The Turkish Courts have ruled that: "The YPG is a terrorist group." That is enough.

July 28th 2015, A9 TV

ADNAN OKTAR: Isn’t the YPG on the terror list? If not, it is terrible. They declare it themselves: "We are affiliated to the PKK." Moreover, there is a court ruling that the YPG is a terrorist group. International organizations have provided similar statements. They hang the pictures of Abdullah Ocalan anyway. They walk around with the flags of the PKK. They fusilladed Turkmens. They are still fusillading Arabs, compelling them to abandon their villages. PYD, YPG, YPJ, PJAK, are all the PKK itself. All of them are the PKK, changing names is truly a terrible strategy.

October 27th 2014, A9 TV

ADNAN OKTAR: The PYD is a branch of the PKK. The mastermind behind the PYD is Abdullah Ocalan. None of them are reliable. They are not different from each other. All of them are together in this. You are clearly a terrorist organization. You kill people day and night.

October 26th 2014, A9 TV

ADNAN OKTAR: That entire region, all of it, follows the instruction of Abdullah Ocalan.

They say there is a separate group of the PKK in Qandil and another group in somewhere else. There is no such thing. There is only one PKK: Both the PYD and the PJAK, all of them, only have different PKK names. They are not different at all.

October 22th 2014, A9 TV

ADNAN OKTAR: The use of separate names for the PYD and the PKK is very inconvenient. The PYD, the PJAK, the PKK are all of them the same, i.e. the PKK. It does not make any sense to differentiate them. They have the same leader, the same party, the same administration, the method. All of them are the same. There is no difference, and the chain of command is one and only. How come you differentiate them? They say, “the PYD is different.” All of them are under the control of the illegal army of the PKK.

October 20th 2014, A9 TV

(In regard to the statement by the White House Spokesperson that the PYD is not a terrorist group)

ADNAN OKTAR: They are a group killing people. One kills and other watches. They form a whole under a mafia structuring.

Saying “they have not committed a crime yet” does not indicate otherwise. Their leader is Abdullah Ocalan, whose picture they hang. They say that they are from the PKK, they are all same. It does not make sense. Then, we have to call those a man from the PKK who has not killed anyone yet a member of the PKK. Does it make any sense?

The regular meeting of the National Security Council was held for the last time before the November 1st election. In the meeting, it is underscored that the separatist terrorist organization’s extensions in Syria (PYD) must be registered as a terror organization in the international arena.
