Mr. Adnan Oktar constantly reflects that the groups such as PYD, PJAK, YPG are all branches of the PKK. He often says that these groups share the very same ideology but only function under different names. Mr. Oktar reiterated the issue and said that the Turkish government needs to respond the United States, which does not consider the PYD as a terrorist group. Recently Turkey's President Mr. Erdogan, in one of his statements, said the following: "The PYD and the YPG, they are both terrorist groups." September 22th 2015, A9 TV (There is a press statement by John Kirby, the Spokesperson at the United States Department of State, Mr. Oktar. He stated that the United States does not consider the YPG as a terrorist group.) ADNAN OKTAR: Everyone is telling something else. The PKK has been listed as a terrorist organization. They employ very primitive methods: Changing names. They call "KADEK." First, they say: "KADEK is not listed as a terrorist organization." Then, they say: "Alright, we are linked to KADEK." What a cunning plan! Wonders never cease. Then, they became legalized. The same organization under a different name. Are you a bit slow? Don't you understand that? Imagine that you have arrested a killer, let's say the killer has a certain name. Then, the killer has suddenly changed his name. Would you say "He is not the killer so let’s don’t “? The founders of PYD and PKK are one and the same. They have the same ideology, the same leader and everything else. The Turkish Courts have ruled that: "The YPG is a terrorist group." That is enough. July 28th 2015, A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: Is not the YPG on the terror list? If not, it is terrible. They declared: "We are affiliated to the PKK." Moreover, there is a court ruling that the YPG is a terrorist group. International organizations have also made similar statements. They hang the pictures of Abdullah Ocalan. They walk around with the rags of the PKK. They fusilladed Turkmens. They are still fusillading Arabs, compelling them to abandon their villages. PYD, YPG, YPJ, PJAK, are all the PKK itself. All of them are the PKK. In other words, changing names is truly a terrible strategy. October 27th 2014, A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: The PYD is a branch of the PKK. The mastermind behind the PYD is Abdullah Öcalan. None of them are reliable. They are not different from each other. All of them are together in this. You are clearly a terrorist group. You kill people day and night. How many people have been martyred by them in Turkey recently? What they do is nothing but villainy. October 26th 2014, A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: All of that region, all of it, follows the instructions of Abdullah Öcalan. They consider him as the leader of the terror organisation. Let’s assume that there is another leader other than him in charge of the PKK, they would simply go and follow that leader. For the communist ideologies, the party and the leader are of critical importance. They act in compliance with the decisions made by the party and the leader. The leader also generally follows the party, but the leader is principal. Therefore, there is no contradiction here. In other words, they say there is a separate group of the PKK in Qandil and another group somewhere else. However this is not the case. There is only one PKK: The PYD, the KJK and the PJAK, all of them function under different names but they are no different from the PKK. October 22th 2014, A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: The use of separate names for the PYD and the PKK is very impertinent. The PYD, the PJAK, the PKK are all the same, i.e. the PKK. Differentiating them does not make any sense. They have the same leader, the same party, the same administration, the same method. All of them are the same. There is no difference, and the chain of command is one and only. How come you differentiate them? They say, “the PYD is different.” All of them are under control of the illegal army of the PKK. |
