One of the topics that Mr. Adnan Oktar emphasizes mostly on his conversation programs is progress in arts, aesthetics and quality. Mr. Oktar states that the services in this respect are good in Turkey, but he reminds that if there are no arts, aesthetics or quality, the constructions of roads, bridges and buildings will have no value. For that reason, he mentions that the government should make efforts which aim at progressing quality. As a matter of fact, Mr. Davutoğlu talked about a quality committee for the first time in his speech, saying:” Is our quality at a good level?
