OUR PROPHET (SAAS) COMPARED WOMEN TO CRYSTAL GLASSES
Our Prophet (saas) resembled women to “crystal glasses.”

OUR PROPHET (SAAS) SAID THAT WOMEN ARE A SOURCE OF PLEASURE FOR HIM
(Narrated from Muhammad ibn Umayr, Baqqar ibn Qardam and Abu Abdullah) Our Prophet (saas) stated:
“My light is the prayer and the source of my pleasure is women.”

THE LOVE FELT FOR WOMAN ADDS TO ONE’S ZEAL OF FAITH

“I don’t think that one’s faith becomes deeper unless he feels profound love for women.”

OUR PROPHET (SAAS) TOLD HIS COMPANIONS THAT THEY SHOULD LOOK AT THOSE WOMEN THEY WANT TO MARRY
Jabir who heard our Prophet (saas) saying, “When one of you want to marry a woman, he can look at those attributes of her that will encourage the marriage if they can.” said, “I wanted to marry a concubine. I followed her, saw some of her attributes that would encourage me for marriage and I married her.”

OUR PROPHET (SAAS) LET THOSE WOMEN WHO MARRIED WITHOUT THEIR OWN CONSENT DIVORCE
In the time of our Prophet (saas) the father of a lady called Hansa was married by her father without her consent. Upon this, she consulted our Prophet (saas) and terminated the marriage.

Narrated from Ali ibn Ibrahim and Hafs ibn Al-Bahtari:
“I do not like anything in your world except for women and fragrance.”

WITH THE REVEALATION OF THE QUR’AN PEOPLE STARTED TO APPRECIATE WOMEN
… Omar ibn Al-Hattab told;
“I swear on Allah’s name that we did not attach any importance to women while we were ignorant (before he started to live by the Qur’an). Once Allah sent verses about them and granted rights to them, we also started to give rights to them.”
