In NewYork Province of the United States, the area required to build the Islam Culture Center was purchased on the land where another construction has been going on to build a new World Trade Center.

The Islamic center which is going to be put into being by the Muslim investors will be a place of education, resting and art activities. Besides, it will serve to everybody from every faith. 

“This project has been started before the September 11 attack. A crowded Muslim community is living around Manhattan who could not find any suitable place to meet their standards to perform religious practices and get together.” explained the authorities.
