We created mankind out of dried clay, from mud moulded into shape. We created the jinn before out of the fire of a searing wind. (Surat al-Hijr, 26-27)
Praise be to Allah, the Bringer into Being of the heavens and earth, He Who made the angels messengers, with wings – two, three or four. He adds to creation in any way He wills. Allah has power over all things. (Surah Fatir, 1)
He originates and regenerates. (Surat al-Buruj, 13)
Say: “Travel about the earth and see how He brought creation out of nothing. Then later Allah will bring about the next existence. Allah has power over all things.” (Surat al-‘Ankabut, 20)
He [Moses] said, “It is my staff. I lean on it and beat down leaves for my sheep with it and have other uses for it.” He [Allah] said, “Throw it down, Moses.” He threw it down and suddenly it was a slithering snake. (Surah Ta-Ha, 18-20)
We revealed to Moses, “Throw down your staff.” And it immediately swallowed up what they had forged. (Surat al-A‘raf, 117)
Remember when Allah said, ‘‘Jesus, son of Mary, remember My blessing to you and to your mother when I reinforced you with the Purest Spirit so that you could speak to people in the cradle and when you were fully grown; and when I taught you the Book and Wisdom, and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you created a bird-shape out of clay by My permission, and then breathed into it and it became a bird by My permission; and healed the blind and the leper by My permission; and when you brought forth the dead by My permission; and when I held back the tribe of Israel from you, when you brought them the Clear Signs and those of them who were unbelievers said, ‘This is nothing but downright magic’.” (Surat al-Ma’ida, 110)
So set your face firmly towards the religion, as a pure natural believer, Allah’s natural pattern on which He made mankind. There is no changing Allah’s creation. That is the true religion – but most people do not know it. (Surat ar-Rum, 30)
