Hatay TV, 7 September 2008 Reporter: For years now, the Middle East has been known for war. In recent years, Turkey has been bringing peace and tolerance to the region with an inclusive policy. In that context, do you think the Republic of Turkey had been able to give its neighbors a climate of peace? Adnan Oktar: Everyone agrees that Turkey has begun increasingly acting as an older brother. For example, Georgia and Armenia now directly accept Turkey as an older brother, and that is most excellent. Turkey is very popular with the region. Turkish troops are very popular. There is a huge love for the Turkish military in the world. It is regarded as a very holy army. In my view, the Turkish-Islamic Union will easily come about within the next 10 years at most. It will happen, let me say that, insha’Allah. Kanal 35, 7 March 2009 Adnan Oktar: Sociologists, people who engage in such research, and scientists all agreed that Turkey will be the leader of the Turkish-Islamic world. This is crystal clear today. Quite clear. This is the direction we are heading in. But we need to work very hard. We need to embrace direct causes. Insha’Allah, if we continue at this pace, it will happen. But it will still happen even if we do not maintain this pace. Because that is destiny, insha’Allah. |
