But they have now entered that period of famine referred to in Surah Yusuf.  And this seven years of famine will make them come to their common senses, they will feel their knees on the ground. And they will appreciate the value of Islam and the Qur’an. The Turkish Islamic Unity will ultimately save them all.

Adnan Oktar: This is also the reason of the economic crisis. They claimed that, in their own thinking, they were very intelligent, that they had very good technical details. Look, an economic flood in the real sense of the word began. An economic flood started and they can not stop it. Where are the economists, professors, their banks, banknote printing machines, gold savings? Why can’t they stop it? They can’t stop them because they did not invest in human beings. These issues can not be handled by investing in gold, money. The issues can not be resolved by investing in buildings…The solution is investing in human beings. Staying away from egoism, selfishness, being sincere in the real sense of the word, fear of Allah, love of Allah, an ardent love, bond of brotherhood, improvement in compassion and affection towards the needy; the solutions lie in these. Otherwise in a world where egoism and selfishness dominates, even if mints coin money day and night, they get no results. They can not stop this flood even if economists work night and day. They can not stop this flood and they can not stop. They will see for themselves that they can not stop it….
