What He Said?What Happened?

Mr. Adnan Oktar reflects the material and spiritual requirements for our brothers in the Southeast to live peacefully for years. Mr. Oktar says, “Our Kurdish brothers could not express their needs due to their excellent moral values, and our state and nation should primarily contribute to the needs of their children." Among these issues, Mr. Oktar highlights the importance of the need for children's footwear.

A benevolent citizen provided  for the distribution of footwear, which is one of the greatest needs for children, in Hakkari, as stated by Mr. Oktar.

ADNAN OKTAR: Also, we should not let our Kurdish brothers in the Southeast Region be in poor condition. This situation makes us suffer. Children are wearing rubber shoes, and how come a child may be out with no socks on? This would hurt a citizen. Let us pay any taxes to the government to avoid it. Let us pay twice as much. I am prepared to sacrifice anything. But only if they live comfortably. It tears our hearts out to see such children. Such as on a photograph, when we see a child with a toe sticking out of their rubber shoe. How could this happen? Such a terrible situation. What would it cost? Ten liras at most.  What if it would cost twenty, thirty liras? It is worth the sacrifice for God.

ADNAN OKTAR: Certainly, there should be clothing and footwear aid to Kurdish children particularly, who are the most oppressed. With winter right around the corner,  there should be clothing aid including sweaters. We should be very careful because they are children. For instance, children sometimes wear rubber shoes, which tears our heart out. That is also disturbing. They are like little angels. Minors are regarded as angels. Also, we should take care of elderly mothers and fathers.

ADNAN OKTAR: When we hear such things, we feel sorry. Shoes in the stores should be provided to these beloved children. How many of them are there? Let us remind people, let us warn others. Imagine that each store provides to these children, considering that there are maybe approximately 500 stores in a neighbourhood. So what?  Socks, shoes, pullovers: Let us do that for the sake of Allah.

ADNAN OKTAR: I insistently implore you, my brothers, to do that. For instance, a small truck full of aids including shoes, socks, clothes, chocolates, wafers for children would be appreciated. Children love biscuits. Something that is not so important for us would be very precious for the beloved ones there. For that reason, let us show the respect, love and honour that we have for them with open arms and for the love of Allah.

ADNAN OKTAR: Those beloved ones wear black rubber shoes made from car tires in the Southeast. They are dirt poor and in dire straits. If our benevolent brothers send 100 pairs of shoes and coats  there, particularly during the winter, they would acquire merit in the sight of God. My dear ones do not attempt to say anything. They are proud, very dignified. In other words, they do not say, “I need shoes and coat." They, with one toe sticking out, may tremble like an aspen leaf and freeze to the marrow but still do not say that. They would say it is shameful, and they would be too embarrassed to say anything. Therefore our benevolent brothers should do such charity works for those who are truly in need in the Southeast rather than fancy charity shows
