In his conversation programs, Mr. Adnan Oktar says that people are looking in the wrong places for a solution to the pains of the Islamic world - and the whole world in general - and emphasizes that people pretend not to understand the system of the Mahdi but in the end they will have to search for Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). In an interview, Cetin Altan also made a comment referring to Mr. Oktar’s statements and said, “There will be a time where there will be discussions on ‘what is Islam?’” in the Muslim world and this will become a matter of life and death. December 26th, 2013: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: We are in the End Times. Such things happen, they will continue to happen and they do. Look, Syria was a normal country standing there and now there is turmoil there. For example, Turkey has faced turmoil while it was very normal. Allah creates these complications for a reason, a good reason, because Allah does not want an ordinary world. He wants an active world and within that action He creates the system of the Mahdi. Now for example the Shia world is waiting for the Mahdi: The Sunnis are also waiting for the Mahdi, but the Shiah world is waiting for him with a spirit of paganism in an insincere way. Because we ask them, “Where is he?” they say, “He is at my house, I can see him when I look, he can walk through walls.” Therefore there is great insincerity here. In the Sunni faith, there are some scholars who have a mentality like, “He comes if he likes and if he does come, we will submit to him”, but some say they don’t believe that. But this is not a respectful manner of speech. The Prophet (saas) is heralding such a glorious person and you say, “He comes or not, but we will do our business.” This is disrespect towards the Prophet (saas) and thus it is disrespect towards Allah directly (Allah is beyond that). But if they pretend not to understand the Mahdi, Allah will make the whole world understand. I said it before. Things will get out of hand in the world and people will be forced towards the system of the Mahdi. August 14th, 2013: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: They told me, “How will the Mahdi emerge? How could it be? No one has any intention to this.” I said, “Now people began to experience Allah’s name ‘al-Jabbar’. They will see the signs of this name more strongly and they will have to see the Mahdi (pbuh). They will not be able to pretend not to understand him. And this will become the only path. Allah will create miracles and wonders. There will be great events. The Islamic world will experience great disasters, pains and sufferings, Allah forbid, but this is in our destiny. And our sense of Islam will prevail. They will force the Mahdi to become the leader. He will lead people to the truth, as Bediuzzaman said.” They tried to stop the system of the Mahdi, but they could not achieve that. They were jealous but they could not stop him. Now Allah will make them beg, “O Lord send us the Mahdi (pbuh). O Lord bring the Islamic Union and save us.” Many people will beg for this. They used to pretend not to understand; Allah will make them say it now. They have no choice. The whole Islamic world will turn against each other. Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, there will be riots and wars everywhere. Things will settle down only with the Mahdi (pbuh). April 15th, 2013: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: We are on the verge of great events. Great events will take place in 2013 and 2014. This will continue in the following days. And humanity will be forced to find the Mahdi (pbuh) and the Prophet Jesus (pbuh), insha’Allah. November 16th, 2012: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: The blood spilled in Palestine now is because Hz Mahdi (pbuh) has not appeared yet. It is because King Messiah, Mosiah has not appeared yet. It comes as a disaster. When the Mahdi (pbuh) emerges, no blood will be spilled. No one will live any fear. Allah will force people to the Mahdi. He will draw attention to the Mahdi.
